We're glad you decided to complete this screening to learn more about your health. A good next step is to call (812) 855-5711 to schedule a 30 minute first appointment, called "CAPS Now". You can bring a printout of your screening results and the counselor will review them with you if you'd like.
CAPS is located on the 4th floor of the IU Health Center at 600 N. Jordan Avenue (across from Herman B. Wells Library). CAPS counselors are also available at Jacobs School of Music, O'Neal SPEA, Optometry Department, Biology Department, Biochemistry Department the Office of International Student Services, and most culture centers (Asian Culture Center, La Casa Latino Cultural Center, & Neal-Marshall Black Cultural Center).
CAPS is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. IU students receive two free counseling visits each semester (you do NOT need to have health insurance for the free sessions or the follow-up sessions)*.

If you're experiencing a crisis, you can come to CAPS (IU Health Center, 4th floor) Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and ask for "Emergency Services". If you're experiencing a crisis after hours, call our crisis telephone line at (812) 855-5711, option 1, or go to the IU Health Bloomington Hospital Emergency Department.
