Resources
A valuable resource is the Student Online Assistance Resource (SOAR), which offers free and confidential counseling, financial, legal, and personal convenience services to all Post students and family members living in their household. It is a resource that will personalize its services to meet your needs. SOAR can be accessed 24/7, and it also provides crisis counseling in addition to its other services. You can find the access information for SOAR in the Student Portal in the Student Resources section under Health and Wellness.
Another great resource for all Post students is YOU@Post.This is an exciting tool that we feel will be an asset for students. It’s designed to help students Succeed, Thrive and Matter by managing stress, setting goals, promoting happiness and well-being and connecting with campus resources.
This portal was made to help students design their ideal college experience. You@Post fosters student success in three domains: Succeed (academics and career); Thrive (physical and mental health); and Matter (Purpose, community and social connections). The portal serves up relevant information and campus resources, and the content becomes personalized when a student completes a brief assessment, fills out a profile, or searches for something specific. There is also a built in function for student to set goals and check them off as you go.
